To prolong chives production during the winter, protect your plants well from the first cold.

Culture advice:

1. Sows: Sow from February to May in pots or planters and cut the soil.
2. Harvest: Harvest from April to November. Extend your harvest during the winter by protecting your plants. You can grow chives directly in your garden by sowing a plant every 15 cm.
