Late variety with green leaves. Large, compact apple.
Brunswick cabbage cabus is ideal for sauerkraut.

Culinary tip:

Brunswick cabbage cabus is ideal for sauerkraut.

Soil tip:

When transplanting, bury the plant to the first leaves, allowing additional roots to develop for vigorous vegetation.

Culture advice:

1. Sowing: Sow from April to July in the open ground.
2. Transplanting: Push the most vigorous plants to the 3-4-leave stage to leave only one cabbage every 15 cm. When your cabbages have 5-6 leaves, plant them at 50 x 60 cm in all directions, having taken care to push the young plant. Water frequently.
3. Harvest: Harvest from July to November.

Cauliflower likes the proximity of aromatic herbs because their presence repels most cabbage parasites.
