Culinary tip:

For a change, why not try the stuffed yellow onion? It's a treat!

Soil tip:

Onions grow everywhere and don't require much space. Yellow onion likes the sun and soils that are not too wet.

Culture advice:

1. Sows: Sow from late February to April in lines 25-30 cm apart.
2. Thinning: When your onions have 3-4 leaves, pull out the smaller ones and keep only the strongest ones to leave only one onion every 15 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest in August-September. To have beautiful onions, sow them in a fine soil and without pebbles.

Plants:

The onion likes the proximity of the poirée because these vegetables have the same growing conditions and stimulate each other.
