Description:

This traditional variety will give you half-long radishes, pink with a small white tip. The radish is delicious cut into thin strips in salads, or sliced with salt and butter.

Culinary tip:

The radish is delicious cut into thin strips in salads, or sliced with salt and butter.

Soil tip:

For longer harvests, space your 15-day seedlings. This radish is 2-3 cm deep and prefers a semi-shaded exposure.

Culture advice:

1. Sows: Sow from March to September in deep furrows 2-3 cm apart from 15 cm and then pack the soil.
2. Thinning: At the 3-4-leaf stage, thin the smallest plants to leave only one radish every 3 to 5 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest 3 to 7 weeks after sowing.

Plants:

The radish likes the proximity of the lettuce because when interspersed with their seedlings, the radishes will grow in the shade and the lettuces will not be too tight.
