Description:

This very productive watercress gives large, very tender leaves.
This variety is grown in the open ground or in a flood pit. Watercress is delicious1 mixed with other salads, in soups or as an accompaniment to dishes.

Culinary tip:

Watercress is delicious mixed with other salads.

Soil tip:

To spread your crops and thus the harvest period, wait 15 days between your seedlings. Watercress likes slightly shaded exposure.

Culture advice:

1. Sows: Sow in lines 10 cm apart, at the edge of a stream or in a 30 cm deep pit in which you will bring a 15 cm layer of a soil-to-soil mixture.
2. Lightening: At the 3-4-leaf stage, form small clumps 10 cm apart by ripping off the smallest plants. Cover with water and raise to 10-15 cm as you grow.
3. Harvest: Harvest 1 month after sowing. You can grow this watercress in the open ground by sowing in a very cool soil, in the shade, watering regularly and abundantly.

Plants:

Watercress likes the proximity of flax because together they strengthen their respective health.

Performance:

3x2 m
