Silicone Heating Base for IBC / GRV

An IBC/GRV silicone container heating base is an efficient and powerful way to heat its contents.

The heating base is perfect for heating viscous or semi-solid products and making them very easy to pour out of a container with little or no product loss.

For example, the 2700W heating base can heat water in an IBC/GRV container that is fully filled with 15 to 70 degrees Celsius in less than 40 hours. If we need a faster heater, we recommend adding an insulating blanket for IBC/GRV to the operation.

Kuhlmann silicone heating bases are made with highly durable and durable silicone materials that can support the weight of a fully filled IBC/GRV container. The heating base is compatible with a variety of large bulk containers (IBC/GRV containers), including those manufactured by Schzz, GNX, Mauser, Werit and Greif.

The silicone heater base is very easy to install and use - simply remove the bulk container from its frame and install the heating base at the bottom of the frame, reinstall the container on the heating base, fill the container and everything is ready to heat its contents. This also makes this system ideal for heating and maintaining the temperature of the IBC/GRV container during transport.

The silicone heating base for IBC/GRV is equipped with an adjustable digital temperature controller to control the temperature safely and accurately.
