When you order several products at the same time and they have different shipping times, the order shipping time is based on the longer time. - Special clause for Duracool / Deepcool products

Deepcool / Duracool products are guaranteed not to damage refrigeration systems or other equipment if they are used and installed according to the recommendations of the manufacturer Deepfreeze Refrigerants  indicated on cans and bottles.

Multitanks guarantee that Duracool / Deepcool products can be used as a substitute for equivalent freons, namely:

-12a to replace R12 or R134a

-22a to replace R22

-the 502a to replace the R502

Any other framework of use of Deepcool/ Duracool products would void the Multitanks warranty and the manufacturer's warranty.

If damage should be caused to refrigeration installations or equipment following a charge of one of these gases (respecting the manufacturer's instructions noted on the cylinders and cans), and noted and verified by experts mandated by Multitanks and Deepfreeze, Multitanks then undertakes to reimburse or replace the damaged equipment

ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In case of dispute with professionals and / or traders, the courts of Montbrison (France) will be competent. In case of dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
