1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. (see shipping/lead times and costs).

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Multitanks.com constitutes proof of all transactions made by Multitanks.com and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. Our product offerings are subject to availability. For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers.
In this context, you will be provided with information on the availability of the products at the time of placing your order. As this information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or modifications may exceptionally exist. In the event that a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email or post as soon as we receive the information received by the suppliers. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

5.1 General
Products purchased on multitanks.com are delivered to metropolitan France and Europe. The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the order process. When you order multiple products at the same time and they have different shipping times, the order shipping time is based on the longer time. Multitanks.com however, reserves the right to split shipments. The participation in the processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment.Multitanks.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the product having been shipped, you can also cancel your order and request a refund of the product, the return will be at your expense. In this case, if you have received the product after your cancellation, we will refund the product upon receipt of the product, complete and in its original condition, by us.
In the case of payment by credit card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the shipping times, to which are added the delivery times for products to metropolitan France and Europe

In case of payment by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the check. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the cheque and may therefore be modified compared to those mentioned on the day the order is placed.

5.2 - Delivery problems
You must notify the carrier and Multitanks of any reservations about the delivered product (e.g. damaged package, already opened, etc.) within 3 days of receipt of the product. Then, depending on the cases defined in article 5.3 below, you may benefit from the exchange and refund conditions provided for in this article.

5.3 - Product Compliance
We will refund or exchange products that appear to be defective or do not correspond to your order. In this case, please provide a detailed statement in writing and return the product(s) to us. Multitanks.com will proceed, at your choice, to exchange or refund the product(s). The request must be made within seven working days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements delivered (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).

Shipping costs are not refunded, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty, in particular those relating to the warranty against hidden defects.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases is made:

In the case of payment by bank cheque, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

You can use the withdrawal form template but it is not mandatory. Exception to the right of withdrawal
- contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

ARTICLE 11 - WARRANTY

Products purchased on Multitanks.com entitle you to the warranty indicated on the product product sheet presented on the site. Contractual guarantees do not cover:
- abnormal or improper use of the products. In this regard, we invite you to carefully consult the instructions for use supplied with the products,
- defects and their consequences related to use that is not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (professional or collective use, etc.),
- defects and their consequences related to any external cause.

However, in any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty, in particular those relating to the warranty against hidden defects.

- Special clause for Duracool / Deepcool products

Deepcool/ Duracool products are guaranteed not to damage refrigeration installations or other equipment if they are used and installed according to the recommendations of the manufacturer Deepfreeze Refrigerants  indicated on the cans and bottles.

Multitanks guarantee that Duracool / Deepcool products can be used as a substitute for equivalent freons, namely:

- 12a to replace R12 or R134a

-22a to replace R22

-the 502a to replace the R502

Any other use of Deepcool/ Duracool products would void the Multitanks warranty and the manufacturer's warranty.

If damage should be caused to refrigeration installations or equipment following a charge of one of these gases (respecting the manufacturer's instructions noted on the cylinders and cans), and noted and verified by experts mandated by Multitanks and Deepfreeze, Multitanks then undertakes to reimburse or replace the damaged equipment

ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the courts of Montbrison (France) will be competent. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 14 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

The information and data about you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
