Fennel

This very early variety of fennel produces vigorous, aniseed apples, weighing 400 to 600 g, pearly white, firm and tasty throughout the summer until October. It is well-supported by the heat and is known for its resistance to seed climbing.

This rather late variety will give you beautiful rounded, firm and white bulbs. Its delicate taste reminiscent of anise will bring originality to your winter dishes. Re-ordered for winter harvests. Fennel is delicious in salad with tomatoes or cooked as a gratin or compote.
