Deliveries and returns -  The transport of your parcel

Packages are generally shipped to D + 1 (any order received before 9am is shipped the next day), and delivered within 48-72 hours (delay of the post in colissimo) after receipt of your payment. Standard shipping methods are

- Sending in Letter Tracking: this shipping method includes a tracking number of the post, ideal for sending small light objects

 - Sending by  Colissimo followed, delivered with signature, at home or relay point. Delivery within 48 hours with tracking number

 - Sending by DPD at home or relay point

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with the package containing fragile products.
