Eggplant

This variety, native to Italy, produces oval fruits 12 to 15 cm long. Gandia's listada eggplant is very decorative. Its white flesh is firm, tender and of good taste quality. Its compact port makes it a pot-rich variety.

This variety, also called "Violet of Florence" produces large round fruits, pale purple in color with white traces. The flesh is very sweet and the fruits can be picked large.
