This 0-90°C drum heating blanket, offered by Kuhlmann Electro Heat, provides a versatile solution to maintain the right temperature or viscosity of different liquids. Thanks to a thermostat that can go up to 90°C, it keeps oils, water, resins and other industrial products in the best conditions. The quick-lock straps make it easy to install, and its durable materials (polyester fabric and silicone heating coiles) ensure effective heat diffusion. It can be used alone or in addition to a heating cabinet, oven or other accessories, such as a heating base or an insulating cap, to further limit heat loss. Its IP40 protection allows it to withstand a variety of conditions, and its 3-meter cable provides a certain freedom of installation. Regardless of the model chosen, the keg heating blanket makes it easier to transport and store your liquids, while preventing freezing and heat loss

The insulating cover is designed as a cover for the barrel, insulation and maintaining its internal temperature. The standard insulation cover is suitable for a standard 200-litre cask.

The ATEX 200 Litre Keg Thermal Control Kit is the complete 3-in-1 solution for heating in explosive areas. This kit includes the ATEX 1200W Heating Blanket, the ATEX Temperature Controller Ref. 23-4258 (mandatory), and the ATEX 200L Insulating Cover. All components are IP65/I rated and certified for zones 1/2 and 21/22 (classes T3 to T6). The included Ex-i regulator ensures an accuracy of less than 1 Kelvin and maximum safety. Thanks to the insulating cover, the 1200W power is optimally used to speed up heating and reduce heat loss. This kit, delivered ready to use, is ideal for frost protection and precise temperature maintenance of industrial drums.
