Assembly advice and sealing

For mounting the threaded part, we recommend using a sealing product compatible with hydrocarbons (specific PTFE tape or industrial sealing paste). For coupling, present this half coupling face to face with the jaw coupling. Ensure that the NBR seals (factory fitted) are clean and properly pressed against each other. Operate the locking ring manually to engage the jaws of the opposite coupling. For total safety during unloading, it is strongly recommended to finalize tightening with a suitable Guillemin key.
