The Kuhlmann Heat Scribing Kit is an extremely powerful electrical heat scribing solution, designed to reach temperatures up to 400°C. With a power of 250 W/m at 230V 50Hz, it is ideal for maintaining and heating heavy processes in the industrial and laboratory sectors, especially for the management of chemicals and highly viscous fluids. Its robust construction, incorporating fiberglass insulation and copper braiding, ensures superior thermal efficiency and durability. For optimal and safe operation, it is essential to use a suitable controller such as the Series-530 with a Type K probe. It is easily installed on pipes and valves, provided that a minimum bending radius of 15 mm is respected, and requires post-installation thermal insulation, being IP20 rated.
