Problème de connexion

Je n'ai pas bien compris le descriptif je pensais pouvoir brancher un tuyau de 50 (diamètre extérieur) mais en fais l'embout cannelé fait également 50. En fait il faut un tuyau de 50 intérieur. J'ai demandé conseil par mail mais pas de réponse après 4 jours.
