Brunswick head cabbage is a variety of cabbage  that is grown for its large, round, tight heads. It has a crunchy texture and a sweet and delicate flavor. The leaves are dark green and slightly embossed. Brunswick head cabbage  is a winter variety that is ideal for growing in cool, humid climates.

This variety produces medium-sized flat roots with a thin dark red flesh. Early, it keeps very well during the winter.
