Where to set up a wine cellar?

When setting up your wine cellar, you must take into account certain criteria. These include the location of installation. Indeed, if the place where you place your cellar is too bright, too humid or the temperatures are variable, you may end up with oxidized wines, with deposit or moldy corks ...

So, to avoid losing bottles and keep your grand crus properly, you must choose:

• A place at constant room temperature (12oC);
• A place with a high humidity rate (at least 70%);
• A place without any direct light and as dark as possible;
• A smell-free place;
• A place protected from vibrations;
• An airy/ventilated place.

Wine lovers often recommend setting up a wine cellar in a basement or cellar. A place that appears to be ideal for storing good wine.

It's new! At multitanks we now offer a raw wood wine cellar. Its large dimensions (L120cm x P40cm x H95.5cm) and its 3 shelves can store up to 108 bottles of wine (or 33 magnums or 21 jeroboams).

Whether for private or professional use, this wooden wine cellar offers the advantage of offering a natural aesthetic and being flexible.

In fact, you can add as many shelving as you like. It is also possible to add intermediate enhancers to have higher shelving, in order to store more bottles per row or store them vertically.

How do I set up the wine cellar multitanks ?

To set up this natural wooden wine cellar, you won't need nails or screws. Indeed, the assembly of the cellar is facilitated by steel rods allowing the planks to join each other. Easy, but mostly fast, it will take you 5 to 10 minutes to set up this wine cellar.
