Zero run-off: an externally fitted seal

This filling kit has been designed to eliminate common leaks at the top of the tank:

• Watertight overlap principle: Using a pipe approximately 70 mm long, it overlaps the outside of the 63 mm PVC fitting. This configuration creates a physical barrier: water falls directly into the tank without ever being able to flow up or over the cover.
• Tip for hermetic assembly: For a perfect finish and to lock the pipe in place permanently, we recommend using a rubber lip seal or silicone sealant (external type) to fill the gap between the fitting and your pipe.
• Dome protection: No more water stagnating on the top of your IBC or running down the sides, preventing dirt and residual humidity around the pallet.

Simplified installation and pest barrier

Installation is easy and immediate, simply screwed onto the top neck of your IBC/GRV. The lid is fitted with a flat gasket to ensure a hermetic seal on the tank.
