Il manquait un joint à écrou. Du coup ça fuit !! J’ai eu beau serrer l’eau file au niveau de la sortie de 75mm.

Après avis d'une personne du service concernant les différents diamètres j'ai effectué la commande dans la foulée. J'avais été avisé de retard compte tenu du surplus de commandes. Hors il s'est avéré que commandé le jeudi livré le samedi suivant. Et parfaitement au gabarit. Bravo à Multitanks.

Experience client Zéro

J'ai commandé cette vanne reçue somme toutes rapidement cependant celle ci ne convenait pas. J'ai donc demander au Service Client s'il était possible de la renvoyer en attendant de trouver mieux. Souhaitant que le retour soit pris en charge et bien cela n'est pas possible on m'a clairement fait comprendre que le retour était à mes frais et qu'il ne fallait pas que je fasse d'erreur avant de commander. Experience CLIENT zéro ! je ne recommanderai pas ce site.
