As you know, France has been facing the pandemic of the COVID 19 virus in recent weeks. We made the choice, after consultation with the whole team, to continue to work and deliver our customers, taking care to respect all hygiene measures to protect our staff.
Non-food stores welcoming the public had to close their doors by ministerial decree. As a result, their customers have turned to online shops to make their purchases, including ours. This large influx of orders, combined with the difficulty of supplying the first material, delivery difficulties with the relay points that are closed, difficulty in using temporary employment because of hygiene measures, have made our delivery times greatly lengthened. To this day, we can no longer ship our customers' orders to D-1 as is the norm at home. Currently our processing and shipping time would be more around D-4 , we are very sorry and are working hard to resolve this situation.
We will take stock regularly to warn you of the situation.
