This drum is approved for the transport of solid dangerous goods with a maximum gross mass of 215 kg/265 kg (Group I) and complies with UN (UN) recommendations and derived modal regulations (RID/ADR, IATA, IMDG code).
The HDPE drum is resistant to most chemicals. It is light, odourless and suitable for packaging food products. It is not afraid of aging or corrosion and can be customized by labeling or by a printed polyethylene sleeve. In addition, it is easily stackable, palletizable and recyclable.
The drum is equipped with a lid with seal, a strapping with lever and two hand grips located on the bottom of the drum for easy handling. It is compatible with many gripping systems.
The barrel body is blue in color and the lid is black. The dimensions of the barrel are 808mm high, 470mm in diameter and 395mm in opening diameter. The drum alone weighs 4kg and with the lid and strapping, it weighs 5.2kg. Its total overflow capacity is ± 1 L 127 L.
