The Extreme Heating Pack IBC is the essential tool for processes requiring high power and total control over the viscosity of industrial liquids in 1000 liter containers. This kit includes a 3000W (230V) 3-zone heating blanket, capable of reaching 0 to 90 °C, and an insulating cover to eliminate heat loss. The three independent digital thermostats allow precise zonal control, ensuring homogeneous and fast fluidization of materials such as epoxy resins, heavy oils or bitumen. The combination of the 3000W with the insulation allows you to quickly reach temperatures such as +70 °C in about 48 hours, guaranteeing a complete and waste-free emptying of your IBC tank.

The heating blanket included in this pack represents the pinnacle of performance with a total power of 3000W (3 x 1000W), operating under 230V.
