The heating blanket included in this pack represents the pinnacle of performance with a total power of 3000W (3 x 1000W), operating under 230V. This power makes it possible to reach the temperature range of 0 to 90 °C with impressive speed, essential for time-sensitive processes. The major advantage lies in its three independent digital thermostats. These controls make it possible to precisely target three distinct heating zones on the height of the container. This segmentation is crucial to ensure a uniform temperature rise across the entire liquid column or to apply more intense heat to the base of the drum, where the viscosity is often highest. The manufacture uses a Teflon-coated polyester and quality insulation, integrating of course a safety thermostat.
The use of such power, up to 3000W, makes thermal optimization through the insulating cover all the more vital. This component is designed to attach to the top of the container, creating an effective barrier against evaporation or simple heat leakage. Without this insulation, a significant part of the energy (and therefore the cost) would be lost to the ambient air.
