    Description:

This very productive variety with broad, almost smooth dark green leaves is very resistant to cold and therefore particularly suitable for winter harvests.

    Culinary tip:

Spinach can be eaten in quiches or flanks. Its young shoots are delicious in salads.

    Soil tip:

Spinach is popular on all soils, especially when it needs slightly shaded exposure and moisture. Do not hesitate to settle the soil well after sowing.

    Culture advice:

    1. Sows: Sow from August to October, in sunny conditions, in 30 cm distant lines.
    2. Thinning: When your spinach has 3-4 leaves, rip out the smallest plants and keep the most vigorous one to leave only one plant every 15 cm.
    3. Harvest: Harvest from October to April.

    Plants:

Spinach likes the proximity of the strawberry which allows it to have a larger production with softer leaves.
