Squash - Pumpkins

This variety can be eaten at two different stages: zucchini if young fruit is harvested or squash for later harvests.

Kabocha squash is native to Japan. It produces fruits of 2 to 3 kg with green bark and orange flesh, slightly sweet and dense. Its chestnut flavour allows it to be appreciated in both savoury and sweet dishes.

This very original variety gives yellow squashes to stringy flesh. This fine and delicious flesh takes on the appearance of real spaghetti after cooking. Very easy to grow, the fruits keep very well for two months.

This variety gives squash to the flesh of excellent quality. Its initially green bark has the distinction of becoming orange red at maturity.

Magic Lantern squash is the traditional Halloween squash, more commonly known as "Citrouille". Very productive (2 to 3 fruits per plant), its dark orange fruits weigh 6 to 11 kg and are resistant to mildew. Sculpt it or decorate it, it will be perfect for Halloween!

This ancient variety, runner, produces slightly flattened fruits, grey-blue in color, about 30 cm in diameter. Their yellow-orange flesh is very thick, soft and of excellent taste quality.

Berry's Sucrine squash is a running variety that produces 5 to 8 fruits per foot, 12 to 15 cm in diameter in the bulging area, 1 to 3 kg on average

This late and running variety produces 4 to 7 fruits per foot, weighing between 1.5 and 2 kg. Its flesh is orange-yellow, fine, and melting, with a slight nutty fragrance

Also called "Sweet Potato", this ancient and runner variety produces beautiful cylindrical and elongated fruits. They measure on average 6 to 8 cm in diameter and 20 cm long. The flesh, creamy yellow, is firm, with a pronounced nutty taste.

This variety will give you fruits as curious as decorative by their colors and their original shape. These pumpkins, of medium size (5 to 6 kg), have a fine, sweet and delicately flavoured flesh.

This giant pumpkin variety, up to 200 kg if you leave only one fruit per plant, produces beautiful pumpkins with good taste quality orange flesh.

This fast-growing variety will give you very large fruit with a red bark and flesh. Its excellent conservation will allow you to make many winter dishes.
