The IBC mixers are specially designed for this type of tank and consist of a stainless steel support where the agitator is anchored which allows easy handling.
The supported agitators are :
- Direct speed agitators with small stirring blades so that they can pass through the top inlet of the tank IBC 1000 liters.
- Agitators with speed reduction and medium-sized stirring blades that can be folded so that they can pass through the top inlet of the tank IBC 1000 liters.
BASE SUPPORT
Bracket made entirely of 316L Stainless Steel, rectangular design of great stability and robustness that provides rigidity to the stirring shaft, in addition to preserving the reducer from the radial forces that are generated during the agitation of the product.
Easy to transport by forklift.
MOTOR PART
Consists of an electric motor and a 100, 200 or 300 rpm gearbox or an electronic variable speed drive when required.
STIRRERING SHAFT
The shaft is responsible for transmitting the motor torque to the agitating elements.
STIRRERING ELEMENT
They are the elements responsible for transforming the rotary movement of the shaft into the conveyor of the product to carry out the stirring process.
It can have 1 turbine or 2 turbines depending on the level of agitation needed.
HOPPER FOR ADDING SOLIDS ( OPTION )
This accessory is suitable for incorporating solid products into the IBC during stirring. It improves the quality of the mixture by incorporating the solid into the product. Reduces lumping and reduces manufacturing time.
HOSE FOR ADDING LIQUIDS (OPTION)
This accessory is suitable for incorporating liquid products into the IBC during stirring. It improves the quality of the mixture by incorporating the liquid into the product. Mixing occurs instantly and reduces manufacturing time
The agitators are guaranteed for 24 months.
Photos are not contractual as the hopper for adding solids and the hose for adding liquids are sold separately as an option.
