The use of this heating jacket for tank is very simple. After installing the blanket on your IBC thanks to the adjustable buckles, simply set the digital thermostat(s) to the desired temperature depending on the product. For multi-zone models, you can target specific zones for custom heating.

Expert tip for maximum effectiveness :

To minimize heat loss and reach the target temperature faster, the addition of the IBC insulating cover (sold separately) is highly recommended. By covering the top of the drum with 1000 liters, you create a more confined heating environment. For example, for a 1000L drum of water heated from +15°C to +70°C with a 3 x 1000W model and the insulating lid, the heating time is about 48 hours, which is an optimized performance for this type of volume.
