This innovative system captures caterpillars as they emerge from their winter nests and descend along the trunk. Stopped by the strapping composed of foam and flange, the tracks are then led to the inside of the collector bag. This trap prevents these pests from burying themselves in the ground and becoming the next generation of breeding butterflies.

User Information:

Before installation, you will find in this kit everything necessary for trapping. A detailed manual guides you step by step for an installation in just 30 minutes. The trap can be installed as soon as nests appear, as early as November in a degraded oceanic or oceanic climate, or as early as December elsewhere. Remove the full collection bag at the end of April.
