The Rocquencourt Dwarf Bean is a butter bean with many 15 cm long golden pods with black kernels. The appearance of their beautiful color gives the signal of the harvest. This makes it easier to choose pods with optimum maturity. Here it will be at the end stage. Later, this variety is also eaten as a bean eats everywhere because the pod becomes very fleshy.
