Simplified application

Easy to use, this Solabiol treatment can be applied using any standard sprayer. Fill your sprayer three-quarters full with water, slowly add the recommended amount of clay, and then mix well. Finish filling and shake again. Spray evenly over the entire foliage, making sure to completely cover the flowers and fruits, as well as both sides of the leaves.

Recommended dosage and frequency of application

For optimal initial protection, dilute 50 g of clay per litre of water. For maintenance applications, 30 g per litre will suffice. Depending on the pressure of the infestation, carry out between 6 and 8 treatments per year, especially during periods of high activity of adult flies. With a 1 kg bag, you can effectively protect about 50 m², the equivalent of 2 to 3 adult olive trees.

Practical tips for maximum efficiency

Apply this treatment at the first signs of the fly's appearance. For better management, combine this treatment with Solabiol pheromone traps, which will make it easier to spot flies quickly. Repeat the application systematically after each heavy rainfall event (more than 20 mm of water) or after episodes of strong winds. Always prefer to treat in calm weather, on dry plants, ideally early in the morning or at the end of the day to avoid any risk of sunburn.

Precautions for use

Store the product in its original packaging, dry and away from food or feed. Use suitable protective equipment such as gloves, goggles and possibly a respiratory mask in case of heavy dust. Dispose of diluted product residues directly into the surrounding soil after a five-fold dilution. Recycle the packaging only via an approved waste collection centre or specialised organisation.
