Link two IBC tanks and give them a proper tap, in rigid tubes. Two S60x6 adapters, three threaded tubes already cut, tee, elbows, ball valve and hose tail.
The 300 mm riser brings the outlet up to hand height : no more crouching down to the bung to fill a watering can.
The tubes span one metre between the two bungs. Fixed geometry, so tanks side by side and at the same height. Outlet Ø 20 mm, made in Italy.
Link two IBC tanks and give them a garden tap, in rigid tubes rather than a hose. The kit brings the two bung adapters, the three threaded tubes, the tee, the valve and the hose tail. Nothing else to buy, and nothing to cut.
Two S60x6 to 1 inch adapters with a flat gasket, three rigid 1 inch threaded tubes — one of 300 mm and two of 500 mm —, the elbows and the tee that join them, one ball valve and one hose tail.
The lengths are fixed and already cut : 500 and 500 mm between the two bungs, 300 mm for the riser that goes up to the tap. There is no measuring to do, no tube to recut and no offcut to throw away.
The outlet is a Ø 20 mm hose tail, and the valve is 3/4 inch. The manufacturer states that a quick garden coupling can be connected to it.
A rigid assembly holds itself up. It does not hang between the two pallets, does not trail on the ground, and keeps its shape when you pull on the watering hose attached at the end. On an installation that stays in place, it is the neatest assembly.
The trade-off is well known : the geometry is fixed. The lengths supplied assume two tanks standing side by side, at the same height and in line with each other. If yours are set apart or offset, what you need is a flexible link.
So it is an installation choice, not a quality choice. For a series that will not move again, rigid is neater ; for an assembly that is taken apart and put back together with the seasons, the hose is more forgiving.
The 300 mm riser brings the outlet up to hand height. You no longer bend down to the bung, and a watering can fills without crouching — which, over a season, changes how you use your reserve.
At the end, the ball valve opens and closes with a quarter turn, and the hose tail takes an ordinary watering hose.
The two tanks stay linked at the bottom : they empty together, at the same level, through this single tap. You do not change tank halfway through, and you can see at a glance what is left in both.
On the tank side, the thread is the S60x6 of the 2 inch bung. The adapters screw onto it on a flat gasket : tighten by hand until the gasket makes contact, without a wrench and without forcing.
The rest is assembled by thread. The parts list does not include sealing tape : provide some if you plan to take it apart and put it back together often.
The whole weighs 712 grams, and comes out of the Bucchi workshops in Italy. The manufacturer's warranty runs for twelve months after delivery.
Check that your two tanks carry an S60x6 bung, and that they stand at the same height : linked at the bottom, they work as communicating vessels, and a difference in level would make the higher one drain into the lower.
Also measure the gap between the two bungs. The tubes span one metre between them, in two 500 mm sections joined by the tee. Beyond that, this kit will not suit.
Finally, it carries neither a spare tee nor a plug : it links two tanks and does not extend to a third. For a series you plan to enlarge, look instead at our hose kits, designed for that.
Before ordering, a one-minute check saves a return. This kit screws onto the S60x6 thread, known as the "artillery pitch", which fits the great majority of 1,000 litre tanks sold in France — but not all of them.

Two marks are enough to recognise it, and they are measured on your tank outlet with the cap removed :
| D1 — outer diameter of the thread | 60 mm |
| P1 — pitch, from one thread to the next | 6 mm |
A pitch of 6 mm gives wide threads, few in number, visible to the naked eye : that is the simplest sign. If your tank ends differently — cam lock, DIN thread, gas pitch — the kit will not screw straight onto it : an adapter has to be fitted in between, and we stock them.
Identify your thread with our matching tool : you enter what you measure, it tells you which part to fit in between.
