The Series 7000 brass compression repair sleeve is the ultimate intervention tool for hydraulic networks. Its special feature is a through-bore (with no internal stop), allowing the fitting to slide completely onto the polyethylene pipe (HDPE or LDPE). This ingenious design is essential for repairing leaks or breaks in existing pipes where pipe movement is impossible. Made from CW617N brass, it provides an exceptionally robust joint for drinking water supply and professional irrigation.
Unlike conventional sleeves with a central shoulder, this repair sleeve can be slid entirely over one end of the severed pipe. Once the two tubes are aligned, simply slide the fitting in the opposite direction to cover the joint. This is the only system that allows you to work on buried networks or rigid pipes without having to dig up long lengths of pipe to gain clearance. This saves considerable time for maintenance technicians and installers faced with hydraulic emergencies.
This repair sleeve makes no concessions on safety. Certified PN 25 bar for diameters from 16 mm to 50 mm, it withstands the highest pressures in water supply networks. For diameters greater than 50 mm, it retains a nominal resistance of PN 16 bar. The H62 brass toothed ring provides a mechanical anchorage that cannot be bolted down, while the O-ring (in NBR or EPDM) guarantees a perfect seal over a temperature range from 0°C to +50°C. The CW617N brass structure offers natural protection against corrosion and the mechanical stresses of the soil.
To facilitate work in sometimes difficult conditions (narrow trenches, humidity), this fitting features an extra-large clamping nut for optimum grip. The body of the fitting also features holding flats specifically dimensioned for standard wrenches on the market. Conforming to DIN 8076, each component is precision-machined to ensure perfect tube alignment. This ergonomic design ensures effective tightening torque without risking damage to the fitting or PE pipe during the critical repair phase.

Fully certified for contact with water intended for human consumption, this fitting is the solution of choice for water utilities and network operators. Its use is not limited to repairs: it is also highly prized for inserting tees or fittings on lines that have already been laid. Its industrial sturdiness makes it an indispensable companion for agricultural irrigation and automatic sprinklers, offering total peace of mind in the face of unforeseen circumstances on hydraulic worksites.
