The Pigeon and Bird Liquid Repellent ACTO (Reference: REPI.3) is a professional ready-to-use repellent solution designed to durably protect your buildings and outdoor areas against damage caused by birds. Made in France and packaged in an ergonomic 750 ml spray bottle, this long-lasting treatment secures your balconies, terraces, window sills and ledges, walls, roof structures and gutters. It prevents pigeons and other birds from landing and nesting, thus preserving your facades and joinery from acidic droppings and unsightly staining.

A powerful olfactory synergy based on Eucalyptus and Mint

The extreme effectiveness of this formulation is based on the combined action of two active substances of plant origin: hydrated and cyclised Eucalyptus citriodora oil (0.10% w/w - CAS no. 1245629-80-4) and mint oil (0.60% w/w - CAS no. 8006-90-4). These aromatic compounds act instantly on the highly sensitive olfactory system of birds by releasing intense scents that they perceive as a danger. Disturbed and put off by this odour barrier without suffering any physical harm, birds quickly abandon their habits and desert the protected area.

Long-lasting residual protection for all types of structures

This TP19 biocide repellent liquid develops high residual activity specifically formulated to withstand weather conditions and treat many types of materials. Ideal on stone, concrete, brick, zinc cornices or timber roof structures, the product deposits a protective film that prevents surface fouling without altering the aesthetics of buildings. By regularly keeping birds away, it stops the accelerated deterioration caused by the acidity of droppings and significantly reduces cleaning and restoration costs for outdoor areas.

Easy installation and methodical application protocol

Installation is easy and application is very quick thanks to its ready-to-use trigger spray. Before any spraying, carefully clean the surfaces to be treated with clean water to remove existing residues, then allow to dry. Shake the bottle vigorously, open the nozzle a quarter turn and spray at a distance of 20 cm at a rate of 10 ml per linear metre (approximately 15 sprays) before allowing to dry. As birds are very attached to their habits, repeat the operation one week later, then repeat if necessary until the area is permanently abandoned.

Safety instructions and protection of sensitive materials

In compliance with the regulatory requirements for biocidal products, this bird deterrent requires adherence to a few simple usage instructions. On sensitive surfaces such as polished marble, recent paintwork or plasticised coatings, it is recommended to carry out a prior test on a discreet area. Do not spray directly on plants or in pet bird cages. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and return the empty packaging to a recycling centre in accordance with eco-responsible waste management standards.
