The kit that adds a tank to an IBC series. S60x6 adapter, 600 mm hose, two compression fittings, tee, plug and one isolating valve.
One valve only, where the lead kit carries two : a tank that has been added only needs to isolate itself.
It goes on after the 0101596, and leaves the way open for the next tank. Flat gasket, 1 inch outlet, made in Italy.
One kit per tank added. It connects to the existing series and gives it one more tank, with its own isolating valve. The kit for the lead tank carries the reference 0101596.
The same base. The bung receives an S60x6 to 1 inch adapter with a flat gasket ; then come the tee and its plug, then the spiral hose of 600 mm in 25 mm inner diameter, held at each end by a BDFast® compression fitting.
One single difference, and it is deliberate : one valve instead of two. The lead tank had to control its outlet as well as its link. A tank that has been added only has to be able to cut itself off from the rest of the row.
Everything else is common to both kits. So you will find exactly the same fitting moves from one tank to the next, and the same spare parts should one go missing.
The tee of this kit takes over the role of the one before it : it opens a way towards the next tank, which the plug closes off as long as that tank does not exist.
Step by step, each tank thus brings its own tee and its own plug. The fourth calls for no more work than the second, and nothing to undo upstream.
So the row can be built at the pace of your needs. Two tanks in spring, a third before summer, a fourth the following year : each kit is added at the end of the one before without touching what is already in place.
The ball valve isolates the tank from the rest of the series. It is what allows a tank to be taken away, rinsed or replaced without draining the others.
Without it, the slightest intervention would mean stopping the whole set. On a series of three or four tanks, that is counted in hours of work.
It is also what allows only part of the reserve to be used. Close the link, and the isolated tank keeps its contents while you draw from the others — useful when one tank serves another purpose, or when you want to keep a reserve aside.
The thread on the tank side is the S60x6 of 2 inch bungs ; the link is made in 1 inch, on a pipe of 25 mm inner diameter.
Nothing to tighten beyond hand force on the compression fittings : the ring screws on, and the pipe is held. No wrench, no clamp, no sealing tape to provide for. Reckon on about one kilo for the complete kit.
One detail that pays off in use : the link is a spiral hose, not a rigid tube. Two pallets are never perfectly aligned ; the hose absorbs that offset and lies as it comes, where a rigid tube has to be measured and then cut to the right length.
The adapter seals on a flat gasket : you tighten by hand until contact, and you stop. The same sizes — S60x6 bung, 1 inch outlet, 25 mm pipe — are found on our taps and our IBC tank fittings, so the parts overlap.
This kit does not work on its own : it completes a series already fitted with the starter kit 0101596. Reckon on one per tank added, and check the S60x6 bung on each of them.
The 600 mm of hose in this kit connect end to end with those of the one before, through the tee : two kits therefore cover 1,200 mm from one bung to the next, and the outlet stays in 1 inch. Do set the tanks at the same height, however, otherwise they will balance into one another as soon as the link is opened.
If you are starting from nothing, look rather at the pack that brings together the lead kit and this extension kit : it is the two-tank configuration, under a single reference.
Before ordering, a one-minute check saves a return. These kits screw onto the S60x6 thread, known as the "artillery pitch", which fits the great majority of 1,000 litre tanks sold in France — but not all of them.

Two marks are enough to recognise it, and they are measured on your tank outlet with the cap removed :
| D1 — outer diameter of the thread | 60 mm |
| P1 — pitch, from one thread to the next | 6 mm |
A pitch of 6 mm gives wide threads, few in number, visible to the naked eye : that is the simplest sign. If your tank ends differently — cam lock, DIN thread, gas pitch — the kit will not screw straight onto it : an adapter has to be fitted in between, and we stock them.
Identify your thread with our matching tool : you enter what you measure, it tells you which part to fit in between.
