Two outlets that do not do the same job. Below, a 1 inch female thread onto which you screw whatever you like : garden tap, quick coupling, irrigation take-off. Above, a tap with 25 mm barbed elbow, ready for a flexible hose.
The rigid tubes raise the upper outlet to hand height, and each valve is operated separately.
Fit an IBC tank with two outlets that do not do the same job. Below, a 1 inch female thread, to be fitted out according to your installation ; above, carried to hand height by rigid tubes, a tap with a 25 mm barbed elbow.
This is what sets this kit apart from a double tap. The two outlets are neither at the same height nor of the same type : you do not get the same thing twice, you get a fixed connection point and a draw-off point.
Below, a 1 inch female thread. Nothing is fitted to it in advance, and that is deliberate : you screw on whatever your installation calls for — a garden tap, a quick coupling, a drip-irrigation take-off, an additional valve. It is the outlet you connect once and then leave alone.
Above, a tap with its 25 mm barbed elbow. This one is ready to use : you slide a 25 mm flexible hose onto it, and the elbow sends the flow downwards. It is the everyday outlet, the one you open and close.
On an IBC tank, the bung is recessed into the metal frame of the pallet. A tap screwed on directly ends up wedged between the bars : you cannot slide a watering can underneath, and you have to crouch to open it.
The rigid tubes raise a riser above the bung and carry the tap to hand height. A watering can fits underneath standing up, a bucket fills without bending down. The low outlet, for its part, stays where it is useful : at ground level, for whatever is connected permanently.
The whole assembly is built on rigid threaded tubes and screwed elbows. Once in place, the riser holds its position by itself : it does not sag under the weight of a full hose, and the upper tap stays where you set it.
That is the difference with a flexible assembly, which hangs down and has to be tied back up. Here the working height is a fixed feature of the installation.
Everything screws together, in order : adapter on the bung, then the tubes, the elbows, the valves and the hose tail. No gluing, no welding, and dismantling is just as simple — which matters the day the tank has to be emptied or moved.
The gaskets are mixed EPDM / NBR and intended for water. For any other liquid, check the compatibility of the polypropylene and of these gaskets with the product concerned before ordering.

Before ordering, a one-minute check saves a return. This kit screws onto the S60x6 thread, known as the "artillery pitch", which fits the great majority of 1,000 litre tanks sold in France — but not all of them.

Two marks are enough to recognise it, and they are measured on your tank outlet with the cap removed :
| D1 — outer diameter of the thread | 60 mm |
| P1 — pitch, from one thread to the next | 6 mm |
A pitch of 6 mm gives wide threads, few in number, visible to the naked eye : that is the simplest sign. If your tank ends differently — cam lock, DIN thread, gas pitch — the kit will not screw straight onto it : an adapter has to be fitted in between, and we stock them.
Identify your thread with our matching tool : you enter what you measure, it tells you which part to fit in between.
