1. Sows: Sow in April-May, in a well-exposed place with a fine and rich land.
2. Transplanting: At the 4-5-leaf stage, select the most vigorous ones and plant them in the ground in 40 cm distant lines, leaving 30 cm between each chicory.
3. Harvest: Harvest in July-August. To get your chicory in September-October, sow in the shade in June-July.
