    1. I sow:
Sow from February to April, in a wooden crate placed warm, under cover.

    2. I talk:

At the 4-5-leaf stage, transplant the most vigorous plants into peat pots, under heated shelter. In May-June, plant the feet obtained in the ground at 60 x 60 cm, at sunny exposure. Water abundantly and frequently.

    3. I harvest:

Harvest from July to October, 5-6 months after sowing.

    Tricks:

Taste ripe fruit that is marinised in vinegar or dried and ground as a condiment.
The powder obtained with dried fruit protects young seedlings that have not yet risen.
