Two tanks that become one, and two service points. A hose links the two bungs : the levels even out and you draw indifferently from 2,000 litres.
On the lead tank, a rigid riser carries a high valve for the watering can, while a second valve stays low with its 25 mm barbed fitting for the hose.
Link two IBC tanks and give them two taps. A hose puts the two bungs in communication, and a rigid riser carries one valve up high while a second stays low for the hose.
The hose screws onto the bung of each tank and puts them in communication. From then on, the two levels even out by themselves : you no longer manage two reservoirs but one reserve of 2,000 litres, with a single draw-off point to keep an eye on.
This is what changes a rainwater harvesting installation. A single downpipe fills the whole, and autonomy doubles without having to move a hose from one tank to the other when the first is empty.
Set the two tanks level. As the link is made at the bottom, a difference in height between the pallets would result in a transfer : the higher tank would drain into the lower one until the levels equalise. A flat floor, or a few shims, is enough.
The kit does more than link the tanks : it fits the lead tank with two separately operated outlets, at two heights.
The high valve is carried by a riser of rigid tubes, above the pallet frame. It is the one you open to fill a watering can or a bucket, standing up, without crouching.
The low valve stays at the level of the bung and ends in a straight 25 mm barbed fitting. It is the one that takes the hose you leave connected : once laid, it bothers nobody and does not need to be disconnected every time you want to draw by hand.
The two do not play the same role, and that is what makes this kit coherent.
Between the tanks, flexible. Two pallets placed side by side are never perfectly aligned, nor at exactly the same height to the millimetre. The spiral hose absorbs that offset and is fitted as it comes. Its quick couplings also let you separate the tanks without dismantling anything.
On the outlet, rigid. The riser has to hold its position on its own, without sagging under the weight of a full hose. Threaded tubes and screwed elbows keep the high valve where you set it, season after season.
Everything is supplied to fit two tanks whose bungs are the S60x6 standard.
This is the most complete of the two-tank battery kits. The others meet simpler needs :
Assembly is entirely screwed. You start with the two bung adapters, lay the hose between the tanks, then build the riser up on the lead tank. The quick couplings of the hose connect and disconnect by hand.
The whole assembly is made of polypropylene with mixed EPDM / NBR gaskets, intended for water. For any other liquid, check the compatibility of the material and the gaskets before ordering.

Before ordering, a one-minute check saves a return. This kit screws onto the S60x6 thread, known as the "artillery pitch", which fits the great majority of 1,000 litre tanks sold in France — but not all of them.

Two marks are enough to recognise it, and they are measured on your tank outlet with the cap removed :
| D1 — outer diameter of the thread | 60 mm |
| P1 — pitch, from one thread to the next | 6 mm |
A pitch of 6 mm gives wide threads, few in number, visible to the naked eye : that is the simplest sign. If your tank ends differently — cam lock, DIN thread, gas pitch — the kit will not screw straight onto it : an adapter has to be fitted in between, and we stock them.
Identify your thread with our matching tool : you enter what you measure, it tells you which part to fit in between.
